FOOD: eating healthy

I entered a weight loss challenge at work recently. I've been making minor, but important adjustments to what I eat and what I do. Today's salad tastes amazing!
Guac, corn salsa, carrots, oven roasted chicken, vinegar, and greens.
$350 for first place? You know what that means! Shoes, shoes shoes.

I weighed in a week and a half ago - now I'm normally not cool with putting it out there, but I know it'll only get better from here so here we go. 195 lbs (including shoes, pants, etc) So that's the starting point and I'd love to be at 175lbs by the time July rolls around. Let's see what happens : )
