FOOD: Platanos & Peanuts

People have been asking me a lot lately: "Shanis, how have you been losing weight?"

Well, it's simple really.
1) I gots a job & 2) I'm poor.

Without the boredom to fuel unnecessary munching, I've regulated my caloric intake.
And well, if you're poor you can't afford to eat like you're ballin' - although on the occasion I splurge and eat out.
This is one of my favorite cheap (at home) eats and snacks.



Is there any meal a platano isn't suited for? 
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Yum yum yum delicioso!~
